Participants will receive a report concerning their personality style, negotiation & communication style after module 1.

Introduction to psychological motivational techniques in order to motivate themselves or others.

Participants will tested to identify their personal learning style & their position on the learning cycle.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 3:

Identification of the latest psychological techniques required to make perfect, dramatic & convincing presentations.

Discovering the "hidden" message in communication & understanding the secret of effective communication.

Identification of the participants own personal communication style & their strengths & weaknesses in this area.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module

Module 4:

Introduction to the 12 most important management skills that effective managers use.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 5:

Techniques, traits & skills used by peak-performing teams.

Creative Problem-Solving

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 6:

Negotiation – The Harvard Business School Method

Advanced Negotiation Techniques.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 7:

The psychology behind successful Sales & Marketing initiatives.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 8:

Identification of the organisationīs real position on the marketing chart.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module.

Module 9:

Identification of the "hidden" culture within the organisation, teams & colleagues.

An e-learning project will be introduced, which must be completed prior to the next module

Module 10:

Final written Exam. Scores from this exam will be added to your e-learning projects evaluation scores.
