Discovering the "hidden" message in communication & understanding the secret of effective communication.
Identification of the participants own personal communication style & their strengths & weaknesses in this area.

Introduction to the 12 most important management skills that effective managers use.

Techniques, traits & skills used by peak-performing teams.
Creative Problem-Solving

Advanced Negotiation Techniques.

Module 7:
The psychology behind successful Sales & Marketing initiatives.

Identification of the organisationīs real position on the marketing chart.

Final written Exam. Scores from this exam will be added to your e-learning projects evaluation scores.
